I am so pleased that my recent “incident” will have a happy ending. From the moment I contacted Alan and then in conversation with you Kirsty, I was filled with a huge amount of confidence that, no matter what I had done, it could be rectified by you and your highly skilled team.

The watch is beautiful, actually better than expected. I must admit, I find myself "checking" the time more often as the twinkle and flash of the 18 kt gold from the case, hands and indices has a an hypnotic effect on me.
